The Board of Directors of Dimensions Healthcare System (DHS) will announce the appointment of both an interim President & CEO and interim CFO in the near future. Both Mr. Mutch and Mr. Cervino will participate in the transition process to ensure a smooth changeover. "On behalf of the entire Board of Directors we are sincerely grateful to Mr. Mutch and Mr. Cervino for their leadership and commitment during the past year and throughout their service of over 14 years to Dimensions Healthcare System and the community," said Mr. Calvin Brown, Chairman of the DHS Board of Directors.
