Health & Wellness

Dimensions offers you the opportunity to fine tune your benefits to best meet the needs of you and your family. We offer three levels of coverage to cater to the modern family’s needs, employee only, employee plus one dependent, and family coverage. We offer you a choice of three medical plans (HMO, POS and PPO), two dental plans (PDP and ePPO) and a vision program. You can elect to opt-out of Dimension health insurance and receive additional income in your pay check. Dimensions also offers great opportunities through our wellness program, which includes aerobic exercise, weight loss and smoking cessation. In addition, you and your family including spouse and dependents, have access to “Ability Assist” through our Long-Term Disability program, which includes access to Emotional and Work-Life counseling, Legal consultation, and Financial planning.

Financial Security

We offer a comprehensive life insurance program with core, life credit, supplemental and dependent coverage options. We also provide AD&D, Long Term Disability (LTD) with opportunities to buy-up coverage and optional Short Term Disability, Whole Life and other elective programs. Our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program grants you the opportunity to use pre-tax dollars for eligible medical and dependent expenses.

To help you plan for retirement, we make biweekly employer contributions to your account in our Retirement Savings Plan, a 403(b) program. You can add to your retirement savings by electing to defer a percentage of your pay on a pre-tax basis. Dimensions also offers matching contributions to eligible employees. You may direct your investments yourself or allow a professional fund manager to handle your account through our default Target Date Funds.

Work–Life Balance

Juggling the demands of your professional life and personal life can be difficult. Dimensions provides you with programs that help you better balance those demands. Combining vacation and sick leave, our Paid Time Off (PTO) program provides you the opportunity to direct how you use your time. Adding to the flexibility, during the annual benefits open enrollment, you may elect to cash-in PTO or to use PTO to help offset the cost of your benefit elections for the following plan year. We, of course, also provide separate holiday and jury duty leave.

Continuing Education & Development

Dimensions encourages you to reach your professional goals, so we offer tuition reimbursement. Employees may receive bonuses for eligible professional certifications and re-certifications. Departments also budget for continuing education, workshops and other programs that help you gain the career skills you need. System-wide learning opportunities are also made available by our Corporate Education department a well as through our Management Development program.

Employee Discount Program

Dimensions’ employees are eligible for free parking in designated areas at all our sites and a 10% discount in our cafeterias. You are also eligible to receive discounts on cell phone plans, personal computer buying services and other great opportunities.
