The goal of the Employee/Labor Relations Department is to maintain positive employer/employee interactions, productivity, motivation and morale.  We provide a practical guide to addressing employee relations issues through effective problem solving, best practice concepts, and fair employment practices.

Our HR-Client Partners strategically foster positive working relationships with our managers that serve to integrate not only practical but effective solutions to work-place issues.  We work with managers to ensure efficient HR processes, programs and practices in our business operations.

We also ensure that both the employer and employee comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.  We support and encourage a positive, respectful and motivational working environment in order enhance the overall ability of our employee population to deliver excellent, quality customer care to our patient populations.
