Introduction to Tai-Chi/Stress Reduction

Tour of Labor and Delivery
Tour of the hospital's labor and delivery units.

Classes and Seminars

Arthritis
LRH: People with Arthritis Can Exercise (PACE) an ongoing exercise program. Fee charged. For more information call 301-497-7914 or 410-792-7636.

Babysitters
A program for adolescents that teaches safety including appropriate toys, calling for emergency help, basic first aid and handling infants.
BHC: An interactive two-day program for adolescents aged 11-15. Held several times per year. Call 301-809-2035 for more information.

CPR
These courses are taught in accordance with the American Heart Association standards and are geared toward the general public. Fee charged.

Diabetes Education

Diabetes is a chronic disease that affects millions of people. Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to many serious health problems. Our facilities offer a wide variety of diabetes education sessions to help you live a long healthy and happy life.

PGHC: Classes include Assessment and Introduction to Behavior Change, Core Diabetes Education, Carbohydrate Change, Core Diabetes and Monitoring, Stress management and more. Maternal Child Health Education

The birth of a child is one of life's special moments. Our facilities, want to do everything possible to make this experience everything possible you want it to be.
