The Road to Recovery...

The personal struggles and triumphs of our patients and their families become part of all of us, and we travel the road to recovery with our patients. We pride ourselves on motivating and encouraging our patients as they work towards their goals. Working as a team, we include the patient's family and friends in the rehabilitation process. Together we can make a difference by teaching and "being there" for our patients.

We provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to individuals with illnesses or injuries resulting from neurologic, orthopedic, or medical disorders.

Our interdisciplinary team of therapists includes:

  • Physiatrists
  • Speech/Language Therapists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physical Therapists
  • Recreation Therapists
  • Rehabilitation Nurses
  • Social Work/Case Managers
  • Psychologist
  • Dietician

These caregivers work together, sharing ideas and techniques to manage each patient's rehabilitation program. Our excellent patient-to-therapist ratio gives our staff the capability to meet each individual's needs with a customized treatment plan.

Here are some of the most common disorders that we treat on both an inpatient and outpatient basis:

  • Stroke
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Guillain Barre Syndrome
  • Amputation
  • Joint replacement
  • Fractures and multiple bone trauma
  • Sprains and strains
  • Back and neck pain
  • Shoulder, elbow, and wrist injuries
  • Knee problems including reconstruction, torn tendons, and ligaments
  • Women's health conditions including post-mastectomy, pre- and post-natal consultations, and incontinence
  • Parkinson's Disease
  • Swallowing disorders
  • Expressive and receptive speech disorders
  • Oral or facial paralysis

Our inpatient adult rehabilitation program is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
