An assisted living community located on the Bowie Health Campus, where residents enjoy independence and support in the comfort of their own apartments. Residents choose from a variety of studio, one- and two- bedroom apartments, 80 in all, which they may furnish with their own cherished belongings.

There's a warm, inviting feeling at Woodward Estate. From the "Triple Crown Pub" to the cozy fireplace in the living room, there are many community areas perfect for socializing with friends and family or relaxing on a quiet afternoon.

There is always something going on at Woodward Estate whether it's baking cookies in the Country Kitchen, searching the Internet in the library, or participating in a lively discussion about current events on the terrace.

Our professional team works together with residents and their families to design personalized service plans that address their individual needs and lifestyles. Whether it's a helping hand getting dressed, a reminder to take medications or assistance bathing, our staff provides the support you need. One monthly service fee includes a range of services from personal assistance to three nutritious meals and weekly housekeeping. Additional services are available as residents' needs require.

Gladys Spellman Specialty Hospital and Nursing Center (NC)

A comprehensive care nursing center and specialty hospital with 110 beds located on the campus of Prince George's Hospital Center in Cheverly, Maryland. It offers both long-term care and subacute care services for patients with medically complex conditions. Those services include:

• Subacute care
• Rehabilitation program
• Respiratory care program
• Pain management program
• Progressive wound care program
• Intravenous therapy program
• Dialysis services
• Infectious disease management
• Support services (speech-language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, recreational therapy, psychological therapy, social services)

Larkin Chase Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (NC)

A long-term care facility located on the campus of Bowie Health Center in Bowie, Maryland, with 119 beds, offering:

• Respiratory care program
• Progressive wound care program
• Dialysis
• Rehabilitation therapies

It is a member of both Harborside Healthcare and Dimensions Healthcare System, the largest not-for-profit provider of healthcare services in Prince George's County.

Larkin Chase is a joint venture of Harborside Healthcare and Dimensions Healthcare System.
